Football Club F.C.V. Dender E.H. is a leading Belgian Soccer club. They needed to grow their
voice communications platform and VoIP was a key requirement.
The club opted for the Opera 4IP which is marketed in Belgium as the
Forum 3000 system. The Forum 3000 is the first VoIP phone exchange that works with Belgacom’s I-office service,
which carries all communications traffic on the broadband network. Advanced voicemail and the Automated attendant
allow staff at the club to handle calls efficiently.
Belgacom has deployed the MDS Gateways Remote Management Server to deliver auto provisioning and remote
maintenance of all Forum 3000 systems nationwide. This means that the folks at F.C.V.Dender E.H. can receive
automatic software upgrades to their system without onsite interventions.
